American Express has introduced a new credit card that marrieshigh tech and shopping under a secure electronic canopy. The Bluecard has an embedded electronic chip that allows cardholders toaccess their personal information--meaning users no longer have tomanually enter this data when making Web purchases.
AmEx's free Online Wallet service allows Blue cardholders toenter purchase information, such as name, account number andshipping address. When they're ready to make an onlinepurchase, they just open the wallet and click on the "completepurchase" button to automatically fill in the merchant'spurchase form.
